Pull Up a Chair
A Proper Local Pub
We’re a small British pub on Main Street in Enon, run by a British-American family who left England but couldn’t quite leave the pub behind, so we built one here. Doors opened in April of 2022. The food’s classic, the pints are proper, and the kitchen doesn’t take shortcuts on the dishes that matter. If you’ve never been in, just walk up to the bar when you arrive and we’ll sort you out. The regulars already know the drill.
English at Heart
Who We Are
We’re a British-American family who couldn’t shake the feeling that Ohio needed a proper pub. So we opened one. The recipes come from home, the pints pour the way they should, and the welcome’s the same one you’d get walking into a pub in any village back in England.
Laid Back by Nature
What We Do
Walk in, find a seat, order at the bar, and settle in. If we’re busy, there may be a waitlist or our team can help you find a table. Stay for drink. Stay for a whole dinner and soccer match. Nobody’s rushing you out the door. That’s how a real pub works.
Local on Purpose
Why We Do It
We’re an English pub, but Ohio’s home now. The taps lean heavy toward Ohio breweries. Most of what’s on the plate comes from farms a short drive away. The regulars walk in from down the street. That’s the kind of place we wanted to build.
Proper Pub Plates
The Food That Brings People Back
We keep the menu tight so we can get it right. Local farms and vendors supply most of what you’ll find on your plate, and Ohio breweries fill the bulk of our tap list. It’s the kind of food that turns first-timers into regulars who reserve the same booth every week.
A proper English ritual, right here in Ohio.
Afternoon Tea, Once a Month
One Sunday a month, we slow everything down and put on a proper Afternoon Tea. British brand tea in the pot. Warm scones with clotted cream and jam. Finger sandwiches, a tier of sweets, as many cups of tea as you can fit into a long, easy afternoon.
Want to do a private tea for a birthday, a baby shower, or a hen do? Ring us and we’ll set it up.

Parking Clues & Local Notes
You can find ample parking – either in front of the building, beside the building, across the street near the giant red double decker bus or we have an overflow parking lot (car park as they say in England) across the street at 103 E Main Street, next to Travis’ Barber Shop and directly across from Speedway – only a 1 minute walk! As a side note, TLQ building is attached to a house that isn’t ours. Please refrain from parking in any spaces marked ‘Tenants Only’. Thank you!

A +, no notes! Absolute diamond in the rough! The ambiance sets the tone. You could actually be in a pub on the East End. As for the food, words like authentic and yummy come to mind. The fish and chips were awesome. Hand-cut chips (fries) and a piece of beer-battered cod bigger than the plate was main character delicious. And the homemade potato leek soup was to die for. The attention to detail went as far as house made tartar sauce! Way to go, The Last Queen! Well done you!

After growing up in England for 24 years I feel like I’m well qualified to leave this review. 16 years living in America and this is by far the BEST English style pub I have been to. When we turned up we knew it was going to be good just by how busy the place was. The atmosphere was fun, the staff attentive and the food was excellent. The Last Queen is simply fantastic and a must try. Their English style menu is well thought out and they maintain high quality standards. Standout selections for us was the sausage roll, fish and chips, steak and ale pie, and finish it off with a sticky toffee pudding. We will definitely be returning.

If you like the atmosphere of an English pub, then you’ll love the Last Queen. I loved the Full English Breakfast I had today, and previous experiences with the dinner menu did not disappoint. Let’s not forget the staff, who work hard to provide great service.

Most people were ordering the fish and chips, everyone at my table did the same. You get a lot of food on your plate and apart from the great taste the food is served very hot. I have now been here 3 times and today I tried the shepherds pie. It looked and tasted great. I think next time I will try the bangers and mash.

Second time eating at The Last Queen in Enon, OH. On the first visit I ordered the Fish and chips, which was outstanding! A definite must-order! This time I ordered the Chuggy Burger which was also delicious. BTW, this restaurant has the best “chips” (fries) ever!! My boyfriend always gets the grilled cheese sandwich, which is his favorite go to. I love this small British Pub. It is a unique experience and the food and employees are always friendly. The owner was quite involved and was interacting with the patrons. Upon leaving, he thanked us for coming. I recommend you go and it will be one of your favorite restaurants too!!

The Last Queen is an excellent, authentic English Pub located in a well restored and remodeled building in the center of Enon, Ohio, basically one of the last places you’d believe would have been fortunate enough that the owners dropped their flag here.
Great menu, excellent bar, Guinness on tap, friendly, professional staff and clean.
Lovely outdoor area, even on cold and windy days. They’ve done an incredible job of creating a little oasis for their patrons!
